Qualification of Companies

In the space below will be disclosed the results of the assessment carried out by the Bidding Superintendence (SPL) and by the Special Bidding Commission (CEL) regarding the qualification and enabling of the interested companies in participating in the 1st Production Sharing Bidding. These companies have complied with all the steps of the qualification process: approval of the expressions of interest; proof of payment of the participation fee; and qualification; being able to submit bids, provided they submit to ANP bid guarantees within the deadline stipulated in the Tender Protocol.

Appeals to the acts of the Special Bidding Commission (CEL).

 

According to section 9 of the Tender Protocol of the 1st Production Sharing Bidding and Chapter IX of ANP Resolution no. 24/13, the acts of the CEL may be administratively appealed to be filed within a period of 5 (five) working days after the date of the contested act, to be received only in the devolutive effect. The notice of the contested act will be made by publication in the Official Gazette.


The appeal of the interested company directly to CEL should be made in writing and filed with the documents that prove the alleged reasons and protocoled at ANP.


CEL will notify on the appeal to the other interested parties, which may present counter-reasons in the same period of 5 (five) working days after the notice. After the proper instruction the appeal will be forwarded to ANP's Board of Directors for observations and judgment.
